  : My recent stay at the Sant Alphio Garden Hotel & SPA was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Not only did they offer a warm and welcoming greeting, but they also provided us with useful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. Joseph at the reception even helped us take care of a parking ticket issue that we encountered during our stay. They were accommodating and efficient throughout our stay. Aside from the excellent service from the reception staff, the hotel was beautiful and peaceful with great views of the nearby Mount Etna and surrounding countryside. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Sant Alphio Garden Hotel & SPA to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful location with top-notch service. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and we cannot wait to return in the future.

  : Two things worth mentioning: the redesigned reception area and professional, well trained waiters.
  : Not even close to a 4 star hotel, maybe 2. Looks like 80's, no investments for ages. Everithing is so old. Overall smelly, worn-out, dirty. Bathroom is bearly usable. Mold everywhere. The restaurant is bad, all ingredients are very low quality. The reception refused to issue the invoice on the grounds that they have a lot of work, they promised to send over email. One week later they're still working on it. The hotel price is not justified in any way. Absolutely avoid!

  : The hotel was beautiful. Lovely location near to the beach. About a 20 min walk into the town and a good selection of restaurants nearby
  : There was very little I didn't like. However, purely as an observation, insulation between the bedrooms was very poor and it was possible to hear conversation in the next room.Also I felt there should be an information book in the room giving details of services provided. For example, we were not aware that food was available at the poolside bar until the day before we checked out.
