  : I didn't like ther was an issue with booking and the hotel they could not locate the reservation even though I had it.. I had to drive 2 hours home because I couldn't even stay in the damn room due to y'all error.!!! Now I'm fighting to get 266 dollars back all because of a cancellation that was forced due to an error either on booking.com or the hotel!!! Either way I didn't stay there and I want my refund in full!!

  : My girlfriend suffers from Migraines and I went to the front desk to inquire about obtaining an ice pack for her. I was told that they did not have one. The manger on duty I believe his name is Mike or William(tall with brown hair and glasses) made a homemade Ice pack to assist my girlfriend. She was very appreciative and so was I. Thanks again! Oh also the TV was a bonus with YouTube!

  : I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The plumbing in our room was not working and the toilet didn’t flush. This made our stay a nightmare. When checking out I spoke about it with reception staff who weren’t very apologetic but did offer a discount after all. They promised to get in touch during the day because supposedly they didn’t know how to do a refund via Booking.com. Waiting to hear back….

  : They overbooked so we paid $173 for double bed rooms for our kids to sleep and ended up needing a roll away cot. The pool was completely overrun by a lacrosse team that was in town and filthy. There was literally snot and blood tinged boogers floating in the pool when we got there. No clean towels, and even after overbooking we had to go and ask for extra towels because we didn’t have enough. We were told by concierge we had “free access” to the M club which new free for everyone, because they overbooked our room. What a joke! It was dirty, our room was wall to wall beds because of the roll away cot, and the poor girl at breakfast couldn’t keep up with the morning rush of kids. There was barely any food to be had because it was too busy. The bar service was horrendous even after paying for the food we ordered and drinks.
  : The pool needs a serious make over. The paint is chipping away on the sides and the water was cloudy from the dirt in it. We could literally see snot and spit floating in it and it didn’t seem like any of the filters were running. Someone needs to seriously check this out. People will end up very sick.
