  : Didn't even get to stay at the hotel but got charged for it and didn't even get a refund and the guy behind the desk was extremely rude I will never use Motel 6 again

  : It was your typical motel 6 affordable everything worked there microwave refrigerator shower clean towels clean sheets all that was okay
  : I didn't like the fact that I paid for the room with my card through your website booking.com and when I got to the hotel they told me that my payment did not go through but I have the confirmation email to confirm that it did so I was charged twice I would like to know how to resolve this I have tried contacting your customer service twice and the first time was left on hold for 42 minutes the second time I was on hold for 51 minutes

  : Nothing. Staff was rude. Did not stay because of I'd loss once I modified stay information to my husband's name she told my husband if I stayed with him Wed go to jail but my card was used to pay for the room. Asking for my money back.
  : Rude nasty staff. Did not stay. Lady wouldn't allow the modified name to my husband's. Asking for a refund. Highly do no recommend this crack hotel

  : Quiet and like the laundry facility for customers. The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping checks if you need anything, daily, even if you say you don't need anything. Will stay again!

  : The T.V. was working on arriving but after the door closed it stop and I reported it to the front desk and the response was that they don't have nothing to do with the room it's maintance and the outlet in the kitchen area was out of the wall plus there was wire in the ceiling were the wasn't no fire alarm should have been and the bed spread was alot of smoke burn on it and I don't smoke and was put in a smoking room maybe if these problems be fix I would return
