  : Paying for a parking pass, the broken refrigerator and the lake was not where you could see it like in the ad. It was down the road .

  : The location was within an hour of the Yosemite entrance to the Valley area. The house was more than adequate for space, comfort of beds, and cleanliness, but we had NO heat! The staff was responsive to our call for assistance, but the service person was not able to fix the problem.
  : A two day stay without heat that was quite uncomfortable. The supervisor allowed a 20% refund of our bill. At least something but a rather poor response for the inconvenience. A refund of at least one nights stay would have been more adequate.

  : Complicated access to the pool: to use the the pool you must make a reservation ON LINE - but there is NO internet service around! Also, you can not come close to the pool area without residence card (automatic gates) guest pass is not enough.

  : In the house everything was available we Need. In Addition a stove, nice in the evening.
  : Parking passes have not been provided, instead the security guys enforced us to pay additional 35$ just to get in the area by car and drive around 500m to reach the destination. Hardly to accept this, as these Costs have neither been mentioned during the booking nor expected If we would have known this we wouldn't have made this Reservation.Further the house has been located directly to the main entrance of the area. All cars entering the area will be recognized unfortunately. Where the house itself was fine, the Location was not at all. We also have to amend that each morning Wood cleaning activities took place, People blowing leaves fallen from the trees away. Thus sleeping ended latest by 7am - during Holidays...And just as a final Thing - in 2019 one would expect a WIFI hotspot in a accomondation. This is not available there, means also no Option for checking emails, booking Details, Arrangements like parking passes. Bit anoying...

  : Dvd set-up. Could not ride the boats on the lake before Memorial day. Please supply a portable fan.

  : Could not find even with gps. Am not tech savy as I am a 75 year old disabled Vietnam Veteran and the website and other info sent was very confusing to me.
