  : Accommodation was spacious, spotless, stylish and good quality as was reception - loved the interior design features and details throughout. Julios at reception was always helpful, friendly and efficient as were the staff giving lifts to the beach, tennis etc and the service at the large pool and the terrace off reception was always excellent.
  : Only areas which could improve for us would be the breakfast service. It felt chaotic most days, not enough staff, tables slow to be cleared and breakfast selection overall not as wide as we would have liked. Plates arriving at our table most mornings because staff seemed unsure who they were for (not ours). Couldnt help but think designated tables system per waiter should have been in place or that a buffet breakfast service would have been a better option for guests. Waited 25 minutes for a table one morning. Only other annoyance was mentioning a bedside table light didnt work on our arrival to a female receptionist 3 days in a row & then just gave up as well as asking for information on a boat trip only to never receive any so we researched & booked ourself. It would have been nice to have some information in the suite on the local area, trips (to keep children entertained) & even just how to work the phone.

  : Beautiful, new, clean, enjoyable
  : Pretty hard to get there, especially at night. Not enough street signs to help, we kept missing our turns because navigation software (we tried different programs: Waze, Google maps, Apple Maps) had trouble navigation roundabout with 5-6 exits. Street signs would have helped a lot.

  : Overal very nice suites, good for families.Local Melvin restaurant serves exceptional Michelin 1star food.Cars everywhere is a bit weird at first, especially with small kids I would never allow to go them all around properties and rather would hire more personal what helps with lugagge.
  : First 4 days had problems with electricity that it was available just a few places in apartment.Every day we asked manager when it will be fixed and they claimed thay have given information to maintainance and it will be handled. However nothing happened simce I complained booking.Overal it is huge mistke that they even handle over apartments without EL not to mention that it must be fixed as soon as possible.If yoo want to book an internal transport to go to beach or other restaurants, you need to call at least 5times and then they come somwhere around 30-40min, so better use a car.

  : Very friendly staff; great rooms with large space, perfect for 4 persons (a couple + 2 kids). Great location as well and easy access to shops nearby.
  : General quality of restaurants is not really great, and very pricey in comparison to other resorts or hotels. Both for the most gastronomic one and for pool bars / restaurants. No room service: would be great to add it. Dishwasher tablets but not for the washing machine: a bit strange, I'd rather pay 5 euros extra for it ha ha (same for water bottles etc.).
