  : Location was convenient
  : There was one gentleman that acted like he owned the entire complex. He would constantly make comments about shutting the door going to the beach even though it closes automatically, spoke very hateful when I was smoking in the area around the outside of the pool, threatened to call security & have mine & my sons vehicles towed even though we had our parking pass displayed on the rear view mirror. He said because it wasn't filled out he couldn't prove we were renting even though the pass was a distinctive one for the complex. I told him the owner had not filled it out & I wasn't going to do it either and he did not like that answer and him & an older friend continued harassing us as we were loading our vehicles to leave. He made the stay miserable because he was always on "patrol" looking for things to complain about or make comments to someone in our group of 5. Also, the pull out couch was terrible. You could feel the springs pushing through into your skin. There were not any extra blankets that could be used to pad the mattress and we were only given a flat and fitted sheet for it, no blankets or pillows.

  : Great beach view! It was right on the beach w/ kitchen, living room, & 2 bedroom(master's has own bathroom),2 bathrooms, a large balcony, and with washer/dryer. Toiletries and towels were provided as well as linen, and 1 day coffee supply w/ kitchen dishes/utensils/pots/pans if needed. Apartment was very clean, linen seemed fresh and is roomier than a hotel. I felt like home. It's walking distance to the restaurants as well (busy Easter/Spring break so eat early). It had a pool-small and simple. Thank you!
  : I had to call a few times for information not provided like wifi access (had online work to finish), tv access, parking on street (no street parking?), no parking pass provided but we were able to park on the property parking (next to the owner's parking) and wrote some reservation info on a piece of paper so we won't get tow. We pre-paid for parking and were allowed up to 2 vehicles. You don't get your access code to the apartment until about 2 hours of checking (which made you wonder if it was legit or if you really had a place to stay) to your room directly (no front desk). FYI-w/ the added cleaning fees, other fees, & taxes. It added about $400-500 to the rental price so it was about the same as staying at Holiday Inn Indigo by the state park, but this is on the beach.
