: it was pretty and clean inside our unit.
: I was told Id receive 3 parking spots and only received 2 (that I had to pay additionally for and I had an email to prove this but the staff didnt care.) I then had a work emergency so I couldnt get to the property until a day after our checkin day but me and the group had paid for the first night. I communicated this to the staff and there was no adjustment of cost and they didnt allow my other group members to check in even though we had paid for it. all be one person in the group had an emergency? everyone that was going in my group was well above the age of 21 and we are all adults. it was absolutely ridiculous and one of my friends was from out of town so he had no where to go that night and they wouldnt let him into the place that he had paid for, so he had to find somewhere else to sleep that night. so on top of being lied to about parking and us adjusting our car situation FOR THEM last minute, we werent able to check in the day we were supposed to until I got into town almost a full 24 hours after our designated check in time. and to top it all off I asked in the morning of our checkout day, if we could have an extra few minutes of time to checkout, given our circumstances, and the morning of checkout of COURSE the elevator was broken and we couldnt use it to carry our stuff down. the staff said no we are booked and the cleaning lady was at our door at 10am on the dot. it was just the cherry on top. like you couldnt give us an extra 5 to 10 minutes? after we missed our entire first day of vacation because of you guys and sorry but your elevator is broken as well? it was probably the worst experience of my life and my friends and specifically myself have always been extremely chill and respectful AND accommodating to this type of thing but it was downright disrespectful to me how everything went down. like the parking thing was definitely on them and they did NOTHING to help except say maybe you can find parking on some website? ok???
