  : The location was perfect for my needs.The room was above the railway and that was a problem.I paid the breakfast and it was ok although a bit pricy for what I normaly eat (coffee, bread, butter and jam + yoghurt.The person at the reception at my arrival was very rude

  : Great location, only 3 minutes to the metro and 20 minutes to the city center. Clean and nicely decorated rooms, although smaller than what we expected. The hotel lobby and bar create a good impression for guests.
  : A rude and disinterested receptionist who speaks incomprehensible English told us that the room was on the second floor even though it was on the third floor! Quite bad if you have just arrived from a long journey. The rest of the staff was correct. The hotel garage was busy, so we had to park in the garage which is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.Worst of all - literally 5 meters behind the hotel there is a subway and a train. All day and most of the night the noise was unbearable and it was quite difficult to get a good sleep! We believe that it is completely different in the rooms located on the street side of the hotel.

  : Great location - next to Barmbeck U-bahn and S-bahn station. 15min from the airport. Room tidy with plenty of space. Bathroom with shower cabin. Wifi worked well. Breakfast basic but tasty.
  : No fridge, no kettle. Very tiny gym. Chaos during breakfast due to large number of guests who stayed over the weekend.

  : The staff were amazing, Close proximity to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn Station (literally across the street) with direct access to the airport and the city center and all major attractions in Hamburg. The Breakfast was Amazing (although it might be lacking in variety for some). The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Also the internet connection was good which allowed me to participate in long zoom meetings without issues.
  : The only problem I encountered was that they advertise that the rooms have Air-Conditioning which in a way is true, but it doesn't operate when the outside temperature is below 20C, which lead to some hot days and nights in the room. (I did talk to the reception desk about this, thinking there was a malfunction in the AC, and this is the explanation I got)

  : Great location right next to the train station Barmbek. From there it is 15 minutes or less to the city center for little money.Modern and well kept. Breakfast in my case included was good enough for a chain hotel.
  : Check-out was a disaster. They removed the quick checkout box. There was a long line, and it seemed like one person working that couldn't respond to any questions. Left in haste leaving the card on the counter.This was a bad experience.The room was - as with many booking.com reservations, probably one of the less liked ones. Mine was right to the train track and screeching train passing - you couldn't hear it with the windows closed. Room was nice and pleasant. Air conditioning could not be modified so it was too cool in the room. It couldn't be turned off either. Strange.
