  : Second visit here. Chain hotel with quirky decor. Good rooms, free beer if you don't have your bedding changed is a nice touch. Good location close to U-Bahn and two S-Bahn stations and local shops.
  : Online check-in is fiddly and doesn't work properly. The doors still slam very hard so the floor shakes when doors are closed.

  : Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful with basic requests. The hotel was advertised as having air conditioning, but during our 3 night stay, the air conditioning would stop working around 6pm until 6am every day. The temperature and humidity in the rooms was almost unbearable and it was very difficult to sleep. Front desk staff did not care in the slightest when this was brought to their attention. On checkout I attempted to get an invoice with the correct company details as there was a mistake on the original, and was basically told no. Our comforter had blood stains on it when we got into our room. I would definitely advise against staying at this hotel if at all possible.

  : Located between a metro (U-Bahn) station and a suburban train (S-Bahn) station.Quite nice and clean
  : Lack of basic safety training. A glass water bottle was broken in the evening and my son went to the reception to ask for a brush/broom to clean it. The receptionist gave us a towel and a spray. I went down again to ask. She could not find it and said that would ask when her supervisor arrives. She only gave me an old paper carton which carried wine for me to clean up the glass. When I returned to the room my fianc was struggling to stop bleeding as she cut her finger using the cloth to clean. I went down to ask for first aid kit. The receptionist struggled to find it and after a while only managed to find some masks and small sticking plasternot even sterile wound dressing which can be used to stop the bleeding! And she never followed up with the request for a broom, let alone checking how the bleeding situation was going

  : Location is just 3 S-Bahn station from the main station, very comfortable when you're coming to Hamburg by train. We stayed earlier in another hotel from this chain and really liked it, that's why we booked it this time. Price / quality is really good, when you're fortunate enough to get a room with a working AC in hot summer days.
  : Unfortunately air conditioning wasn't cooling off our room. Even though ventilator inside it made some noise, it did not cool the room even a bit, unfortunately the room was on the sunny side and was super hot even at night. We were sweating and could do nothing. The temperature on the street direct in the sun was more pleasant than inside the room. Comfort was a forgotten word for our stay :( We wouldn't stay there again.
