  : The close proximity to the station made it super easy for me to get in and out of the city and do some sightseeing. The room was a decent size for one person and had everything I needed to rest my head after a day walking around Hamburg and a decent shower.
  : Not a lot of the staff spoke English, only reception, this made breakfast a little awkward when there wasnt availability for one person. The pillow was also very very soft which gave me severe neck pain the following day. the double bed had a single duvet and there were no spare bedding in the room. The television only had German channels and you couldnt search the menu to see options only click through channels. It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room to be able to make a hot drink.

  : Room was too small for 2 members too, so conjusted. No insulation of noise too, could hear outside noise. Tv was old and poor. Very bad experience overall

  : The room was clean. The check-in and check-out was fast. It is of course an advantage if you are close to the main station, but the area is not nice. The internet was fine.
  : The Breakfast is very bad. The coffee is undrinkable. It is not too much to to expect a real coffee, with coffee taste. There are some machines which are not perfect but anyway much better than these terrible "thermos". The bread should be fresh. You can put some croissant with a little investment. etc etc. Please, make a better offer for vegetarians. The usual horrible plate with "Gurken" und "Pseudo-Tomatoes"... that is extremely poor and disgusting. The best one can do is to take an apel and run away. All over the city there are places where you can get a better breakfast for a lower price. The location ... well ... you don't want to get around this area alone in the evening. It is all quite noisy, besides. The TV is a JOKE... They shouldn't be allowed to announced this service. The hotel rooms are very noisy...

  : They change the selected hotel with an other one 5 minutes away from the main train station which was the department station for us, and they didn't say even a reason. The breakfast was poor, almost all the stuff didn't speak English. The room didn't have a freeze it was small and much more noise than the hotel that we have selected.
