  : Inly stayed one night, with late check-in and early check-out (both times no problem at all), so I can't say much about the hotel. The room itself was spacious and modernly furnished , with plenty of storage/hanging options.

  : Friendliness of the staff during checkin, breakfast and at the bar. Very eager to help and with pro-active suggestions.
  : Breakfast was good. Take-away was a bit of a problem, as to take some for on the road, one had to pay extra. Circumvented this, by taking thngs away that were already on our plate. The restaurant closed rather early (admittedly, we arrive after 21hrs), but the small bar menu was still available. The price of the cocktails is a bit on the high side, especially considering the long wait, as the apprentices were under a lot of stress with the orders and sitting at the bar, one could see things go wrong (nothing major though).

  : - Pool: a relaxing swim in the morning is a good start into the day - Room: the rooms were OK, but not very special, see below why - Breakfast: nice
  : Room: the strong paint smell was very unpleasant and produce a slight head ache, had to keep the window open all night long, which in the morning forced me to use ear plugs in order not to be disturbed by the airplanes... Restaurant / Room Service: Upon arrival after a long trip restaurant and room service was closed; very disappointing, the offer from the stuff to use a Pizza Service (which frankly speaking I never did in my 63 years old life) was very irritating for me (I mean this is a 4 star hotel...) Bar: the staff was super stressed and not really friendly (we felt like disturbing them), the Champagne we received (EUR 15 per glass) didn't have any perlage, when telling this to the waiter he didn't even understand what I meant

  : The location is beautiful and the perfect stay for a day trip to Hamburg. Charging for your EV.
  : The water in the pool was cold. Fountain on the golf green is only turned off at midnight, very loud if your room is facing the back. No airco, too hot if the tempratures get above 25.
