  : You can hear the next door neighbors very clearly. The hotel is very near a busy street corner.

  : The room was relatively large, very clean. The hotel was not too far from the old city centre and really close to the New Town Hall with park.
  : The hotel is difficult to reach by public transport if you go there from the train station. We had to book a taxi both ways. The receptionist had a poor command of German language. The whole registration process took us longer than expected because he was so slow. Really annoying. We were essentially offered a double bed at the beginning, although we booked two separate single beds. We also asked to have an early breakfast on the check-out day which the hotel agreed to (the receptionist said he would be in the kitchen). However, nobody opened the kitchen at the agreed time and we ended up without breakfast which we have paid for (as included in the overall price)! Also, we asked the receptionist to book us the taxi for the last day. It did not happen. We realised it when no taxi arrived on time and after calling the taxi company. We had to make an urgent booking and luckily managed on time for our train.
