  : The number of amenities that we were not informed were not available until check in. No wifi. No breakfast. No hot tubs. Drink machines didn't work. Exits weren't functioning.

  : The hotel was filthy and ill equipped. No water to drink, no AC in the main hotel, filthy rugs down the hall, no WIFI, scary people walking around, totally disgusting place. I couldn't even stay there. Left for the Hampton Inn.

  : Debi Smith, the GM was the ONLY thing positive about Cascades. She was kind, professional and completely understanding about our decision NOT to stay at Cascades for our expected four day term.
  : Weve stayed at Cascades three times prior. It was charming. This trip was absolutely terrible! The lobby was hot, the fountain was not working, the main lobby sitting area and surfaces were thread bare, literally! There was no longer breakfast available, no wifi, the adult spas were not working. We had booked four other rooms for family and were completely embarrassed about them staying there. The hallways leading to the rooms were super hot because the AC units from the rooms were exhausting into the main building areas which were hot to begin with. We joked that this is what hell probably felt like. The room we stayed in was ok, but the bathroom had cracks, bubbled paint, the door was split so it didnt close, and my husband told me after we left, that he cleaned roaches out of the sink!! And this was a good room!I woke up with a rash on my neck that lasted for two days! Needless to say we canceled all of the other bookings & ran out of there like our asses were on fire, pun intended Terrible experience all around. So sad that such a cute place is in such disrepair. We were told that Covid and two change of ownerships had much to do with the current state of the hotel.

  : I have stayed here 8 times in the past, this time was by far the worst time staying here. The gym was closed, there was no wifi, there was no breakfast and the hot tubs were empty. The AC must have been broken because all of the hallways were 200 hot.

  : The pool looked cool in pictures. It was over chlorinated/urinated in. My eyes stung when I got splashed. The indoor pool was not heated. My son got the shakes and turned blue. The hot tub looked cool, it was broken.
  : The hot tub was broken, no breakfast, pool was gross and cold, hallways like a cave, ceiling fan in room wobbled badly, hot water nonexistent, bed was hard as a rock.

  : No hot water no breakfast. No Wi-Fi working bath door peeling paint beds you could here the iron coils and feel them in the mattress Ugg!!!

  : The staff at the front desk was excellent. The general manager was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area.
  : They are doing some remodeling, but it should be great after the repairs are complete.
