  : Unfortunately, I did not find anything to my liking during my stay. The experience was disappointing across various of aspects, including cleanliness, service, amenities, and overall comfort
  : My experience was disappointing from the start. The bed cover was unlike any I had even seen- cheap and thin, with greenish blanket underneath that was supposed to provided warmth by failed to do so. It felt incredibly cheap and wasn’t warm at all.The restroom was another major isssue. It lacked fan, and the water pressure for the flush was extremely low, making it difficult to use. I found it very frustrating to deal with the slow flush.Basic amenities like toothbrushes, lotion, soap, toothpaste and other essentials were missing, were in very small quantities. When I requested these items, the staff was reluctant to provide extras even though I was staying for two days. This lack of basic supplies was disappointing.Additionally, the reformatory wasn’t working when I arrived, despite being plugged in. I had to call the front desk to get it fixed, which was inconvenient.The breakfast was also bad. The scrambled eggs were terrible, the waffles were disappointing and there were not many options to pick from. The apple juice watery and unappetizing.To top it all off, the customer service was horrible. The staff’s indifferent and unhelpful attitude added to my overall frustration and disappointment. I hope the management addressed these problems to improve the experience for the future.

  : Air conditioner sounded like a jet airplane taking off and hummed all night. Also the fact that you can't close the curtains to make it completely dark in the room.

  : location was nice. Staff was ok. do yourself a favor and just stay at a different hotel in the area !!!
  : blinds did not close and there was a light coming in the window all night. Air conditioning unit made terrible noises all night, making it very hard to sleep. Check in was a nightmare as the booking.com payment method was not accepted and I had to pay out of pocket.

  : Needs updating, could not get any lotions , was told they were not allowed.. Just an extra pillow was all they could give
