  : Apartment location is terrific, close to beach access, and beautifully furnished. Patio is private due to foliage at lagoon. Beds comfortable with extra pillows available. Adjustable lighting nice feature. Appreciated large number of plates, glasses, utensils, and extra cooking equipment in apartment. Island Club has excellent amenities and services.
  : No instructions for locking the keyless door from the outside, had to contact property manager for assistance. No ADA grab bars in bathrooms. Ice maker in refrigerator did not work, 1 burner on stove did not work. Unplugged below counter refrigerator left in foyer, no space in cabinets to store our food for the week, so looked messy. Some bedroom drawers missing knobs, bathroom cabinet door hinge loose.

  : The condo was very nice. Had extra blankets and a small fan. Beds had extra pillows and were very comfortable.
  : Dead lightbulb. No big deal. Then, the TV and Internet wouldnt work. Haas to call customer service who was very helpful. Then, the bathtub wouldnt drain. Took the drain plug out and it still wont drain. The drain was full of hair and razor caps. Dirt came up in the shower, while I was standing in it. Now, the flusher on the toilet broke. Said they would be here in the am. They showed up the next day. And, the dryer burnt our bras. Customer service was wonderful!
