  : I left my pillow that I really loved, I called to see if it could be shipped to me, I was told to call back after 3:00, which I did but house keeping was not finished so the front desk took my number and told me they would call me when housekeeping get finished and I never received a call .

  : the location of the hotel was very convenient although a bit hard to find. Very central location. The room was large and the beds were comfortable.
  : There was only one person working and she was way overworked. We called for directions to the hotel but the desk person didn't know how to give directions to the hotel! They couldn't tell us how to get there form around 1/4 mile away. I asked for a late checkout and the one person working both at the desk and at the breakfast place said she would take care of it but failed to tell the cleaners who didn't speak any English which led to issues. In general this was not a Marriott experience. Way too perfunctory to be a Marriott

  : The rooms were very nice, clean and accommodating. Very nice staff.
  : This was such a disappointment for a hotel at HHI! The rooms were very nice, clean and accommodating but we had no idea there was a waste treatment facility directly behind our hotel! Not only was it a terrible view from our window but you could definitely smell it. For us, the smell was limited to the hallways and outside. Other guests noted in reviews they could smell it in their room. We were going to stay here on our way back from FL as our stopover but decided against it for this reason.   : Certainly wasn't paying $3 for a dollar bag of M&Ms! Or the stench of sewer. Or the over-salted eggs and under cooked sausage links.
