  : The location is the best attribute for the privately owned apartment located inside of the hotel. The pool and hot tub are pretty, with seating in the shade.
  : This booking is for an independently owned “apartment” inside of a hotel. Which means you are not allowed to use the hotel amenities or attend hotel activities. It also means that the room is not cleaned or tended to during your stay. You have to take your garbage out to the trash bin. The room itself was filthy. I plugged in the hairdryer that didn’t work, and a cockroach climbed out from behind the dresser in the bedroom. I moved the dresser to kill the cockroach, and found a dust covered old sock. The shower was dirty. The air conditioner in the front room sprinkled water all over the balcony from black mold covered vents. So don’t use the A/ C if you want to sit on the balcony. The room faces busy Kūhiō, since the sliding doors don’t close completely or lock, the noise gets pretty loud. Plus, interesting folks walk up and down the street all hours of the night, screaming profanities. And the WiFi does not work.

  : It was central and cheap. The agent Jessica came to visit, replaced a faulty microwave within hours and was amazing, this is why we will come back.
  : It was being renovated so the outdoor area was 2/3rds sectioned off, pool was available, by our last day the waterfall was running and the space was 1/3 cordoned off. The air conditioning was louder than the traffic which is saying something. And the power and water went off at notified times.

  : Owner and front staff is very kind. Good location to access the Waikiki Beach.
  : Air conditioner is a little bit noisy. Clean-up fee was more expensive than I expected.

  : The property is older, apartment is partially updated. It was clean, comfortable, lots of towels, beach towels, beach accessories, in a great location--easy walking distance to everything you need, great restaurants, the beach, etc. And it's less than half the price of most of the major hotels/resorts in the area.
  : It does need more updating, such as in the shower (and clean the window/screen in the shower) and new cooking pans--are badly scratched.
