: The location was great, the price was decent considering it was in downtown Waikiki. Mounted TV size was large and nice The posters on the walls were nice The pool was nice
: 1) Parking was not included and $35 per night, so another $500 gone 2) the shower was mounted way too low, and the water was inconsistently switching from warm to cold, very annoying 3) the air conditioning unit started leaking about a week into my stay and the security team had to shut it off for a half a day. The maintenance team supposedly fixed it but then it started leaking into the room. I just used towels to catch that water and drained it every so often. What a hassle. They promised me a one day credit but have not seen it yet. 4) only two out of three elevators were working during my stay due to upgrade work going on and that resulted in long waits 5) my "Condo" was more like a studio (not a condo for sure) 6) It did not have an oven, only a microwave and a plugin electric stove top. Needless to say I did not cook much but would have liked to use the oven if there had been one 7) the entire building is really old and it shows

: Very easy check in process. Great location - lots of places can be reached by walking.
: The bed was sagging - extremely uncomfortable. The whole place seems a bit run down: toilet lid is loose (missing screws), several of the slats of the vertical blinds are missing, the blinds dont work well, some drawers are dirty (hairs and sand inside), there were no hangers in the closet etc. Also there is no kitchen sink so you have to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink, which leads to a foul odor coming from the sinkhole. There was also a problem with the Wi-Fi initially as the name provided did not match any of the available Wi-Fi. Contacting the manager was a tedious process and in the end they had me call the cable company. As a guest I dont expect that to be MY responsibility. I also complained about the missing hangers (on a Saturday morning) and was told they could bring them to me on Monday at which point I could have used them for one day before leaving. All in all not very professional.
