  : They are so unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. We got to our room and it was filthy! Almost as if someone had been squatting in there for days. We asked them to change our room but they refused and instead told us we would have to wait for the room to be cleaned. (This also happened to 2 other people whilst we were waiting) and the staff acted the same.Once our room was ready we went up to drop our things, our beds were damp but we thought itll be fine once we get back later that night after theyre able to dry. Upon arriving back later that night we realised one of the beds had a horrible brown stain underneath the covers, we were so tired I decided to sleep on the other bed along with my friend. I took photos and said Id show them in the morning, as it was 4am. When I went down to show the staff I was hit back with an overwhelming rude response. Interrupting me every 2 seconds to tell me that it wasnt their fault it was mine for not checking underneath the sheets (that were fully made) and I should have made them aware straight away, (it was 4am when we had gotten back and realised so we never thought they would be able to do anything until the morning) We explained this and asked to speak to the manager, they told us we were not allowed and that the manger didnt care for our complaint. She even spoke to the manager on the phone in front of me in another language and you could see she was speaking bad about us over the phone. I asked for the email address of The manager and they told me they dont have one and there was no way I could contact anyone else to escalate the issue, even telling me she was unable to ask her manager for his email as hes busy with his family right nowThe two woman at the front desk were extremely rude shooing Me off and disregarding what I was saying even talking to eachother and purposely ignoring me. I am shocked and disgusted by their behaviour and will never be going back.

  : The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The price was a great deal in my opinion. I loved the view and how the staff was accommodating.
  : The only downfall is that they need to look into getting shampoo, conditioner and body wash built in the tubs as this will help a lot of guests in the future.
