  : Location was highway close and there were a number of good restaurants nearby.
  : We had stayed at the hotel in the past and were happy to come back. Our flights were changed, so we arrived early in Indianapolis. We were told to call and see if rooms were available, but when we got to the property we asked to pay a per hour fee until check in time. We did, but were surprised by the request since they had rooms available. Also, the elevators were broken. Staff did not seem real happy to be working there.

  : We checked in around 3:00 pm. No elevator. Our room, luggage, and cooler all on the third floor. Did I mention we are in our late 70’s? They were working on the elevator. They said they sent an email to each guest about the elevator. I did not receive that email. The noise was unbearable!!!! The tv did not work. The thermostat in the room did not work, and the tub drain stopper did not work. The staff did not care!! Will never stay at a Best Western again!

  : The room itself was as expected for a Best Western.
  : We arrived early (1 PM) due to an event being cancelled. I figured we would check and see if a room was already available. I wasn't anticipating it but if so it would have been a bonus. I walked in and an employee mopping the tile looked up at me and returned to mopping. The lobby area smelled heavily of a disinfectant. There was a sheet of paper laying on the counter that said "Back in 5 minutes, Helping a guest". I waited at the desk for maybe 2 minutes and the employee mopping turned to me and said, "Do you want something?" I said that I had a reservation and wondered if a room was available already. Her response was "There's an early check in charge." I said OK and she came behind the desk, asked for my name and said the room was still dirty. We had other events scheduled for the evening so we didn't return until 7 PM. When I went to the desk the same employee was sitting and knitting. She looked up and said, "Checking In?". I said yes and she got up and completed the registration. She gave me the keys and informed me that it was on the fourth floor and the elevators were not working. I was aware of this from an email we received from the property about a week before our arrival. We were given the opportunity to cancel but needed to be in the Indy area that night and the few other properties that were available were extremely expensive. The parking lot was not half full that evening and again in the morning at 6:30 AM. It seems that there should have been rooms available on lower floors. Breakfast consisted of paper thin Canadian Bacon floating in water and dry scrambled eggs. Neither had any flavor. Several packets of Red Gold Ketchup and hot sauce helped. There was a waffle machine and a refrigerator stocked with yogurt. I'm diabetic so both of those items are off my list. All in all I would be hard pressed to return to this property.
