  : Room was clean. Hot water was hot and had good pressure. Parking was by door.
  : Parking lot could have been cleaned of snow better. No floor mats inside rooms for wet / snowy shoes. Had to mop up water from melting snow with bath towels to have dry floors to walk on.

  : One bed was sort of comfortable but pull the blankets back to find mouse droppings under the blankets. I packed my daughter up and went to another hotel.

  : The price.
  : The beds and pillows were not comfortable. I could hear people outside talking at 1 and 2 am in the morning. I could hear the individual in the room above us walking the floor the entire night. The television was unplugged and it was missing a trash can in the bathroom. The room was clean, pest free, and secure. The clerk was friendly and helpful.

  : Nothing at all that place steals your money... They do not mention a cash only deposit on there posting just a photo ID and credit card but when you get there they tell you that you have to pay $60 cash only deposit or you can't stay there? But if you cancel then you forefeit the whole price you paid for the room and can't even stay there? Because they don't mention the cash deposit on their posting all their bookings are with no cancellation clause and that's what they use to make you pay them a make believe deposit and only can be paid in cash only so no proof that you paid them anything? Because when you check out and ask for your deposit back 100% of the time they never give it back to you and make up anything and say you don't get the deposit back because the rug was dirty or you spilled something on the bed all lies and they are ripping people off? I just wonder if it happened to me on first and only time I stayed there how many other people has fell victim to these foreign scam artists and there's nothing we can do about it?

  : floor was dirty; the outlet of one lamp destroyed one of our cell phones since it was defective, and the owner just shrugged it off
