  : Lovely staff, very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Not too far of a walk from the nearest train station. Room was clean, beds comfortable and shower pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was also simple but nice, and once again, the staff were very accommodating.
  : Bathroom dark and the room/bathroom were quite small. A bit of an odd but logical in/out system that requires swapping keys around, the system gets stuck a bit.

  : The room had everything that we needed, the breakfast was nice, the staff we encountered in the hotel itself was friendly. It was nice that we could park our car for free at the hotel.
  : There is a quiet time after 11 PM until 6 AM in the morning, if you wanted to have a chat it would not be possible because you can easily hear people talking normally in the rooms next to you. Also, when we called the hotel to indicate that we would be later due to a delay, the staff member who answered the phone was not friendly at all in the way she communicated to us and assumed that we expected her to wait until we arrive. This was not the case and we just wanted to know how we can enter the hotel, since the check-in is only open until 19:00.

  : Very clean property and spacious room. Wonderful breakfast and hospitality. Great location and near interlaken west train station.
  : I wish the bathroom is more spacious as it was hard to move around without banging onto something. I am 160cm and weigh around 65kg.

  : The property is very central for all amenities, 5 minutes walk from the station but on a very quiet side street. We woke up to the sound of birds singing every morning which was lovely. The Alphorn was spotlessly clean, everyone was helpful, cheerful and made our stay truly delightful.

  : The hotel was very convenient to the train station. The owner was very helpful with suggestions for our daily adventures. The tv webcams that showed the weather at the top of the alps was wonderful to help plan our daily hikes as well. Would recommend this hotel.

  : Our room was extremely small, especially the bathroom. It would be very difficult for a larger person to turn around. Our room did not have any electrical plugins on one one side of the room, which made it difficult for the person sleeping on that side.
