  : The spa center was awful, the slimming pool was cold, and actually you can't use it!Maybe this hotel is much more for business trips!

  : The early check in was great as i and my friends were able to check in our rooms very early. Location is also a big plus as it is very near the YeniKapi metro station.
  : The rooms are very small but clean. The bed is not quite firm but acceptable. I had to take a cold shower as there was no hot water even letting water run for over 5 minutes.The water in the sauna area very hot, but in the room, not hot water. The elevator is very slow and the wait was too long.

  : Very bad breakfast and the staffs were not friendly , staffs not smile at guests and standing right on your neck, refusing to replenish the bread as it get finished, . Staffs Looking at their watch every second to indicate it almost time for breakfast to end.
  : Breakfast /kitchen staffs were rude and unfriendly. Not ready to answer questions . How do you do room services but refuse guest to take breakfast to their rooms?

  : Bedroom was large and spacious.
  : BATHROOM-Bathroom was too small, literally 1.5m2, I measured it.STAFF-None of the staff spoke any English at all, given they host guests from all over the world. Had to use Google translate constantly. Some staff ignore you and treat you like you're beneath them. Not friendly at all.SPA-Swimming pool isn't heated and is not private at all. The spa area is on -3 floor. As soon as you come out of the lift, you enter the swimming pool area, no lobby. Not very good if your wife wears a hijab and prefers privacy.BREAKFAST -Breakfast was too cold and had limited selections. Not the most filling and mainly cold stuff like veg, salads and cheeses.Staff isn't very welcoming and do not smile at all. Not willing to help much but very willing to overcharge and rip you off.RECEPTIONIST -Receptionist tried to rip us off on arrival. Tried charging me for a SIM card at a rate of 33TL/GBP when the going rate was above 38TL/GBP and then 200TL for an instanbul travel card. The Istanbul travel card only costs 70TL from the actual machines at the stations.PRIVACY-On one night, a guest had somehow managed to enter our room in the middle of the night whilst we were asleep. Turned out, the receptionist at the time opened the wrong door for the customer, our door. Incompetent.On another occasion, the cleaners had left our room door fully open whilst we were out during the day. Came back around 4pm to a fully open room door. Luckily nothing was taken, but still very incompetent and highly risky. Be aware!I would not book this hotel ever again and would advise the same to anyone.
