  : Staff doesn't know english. Made us wait for 4 hrs to check-in. Horrible experience. Location is also not good. Very congested streets.

  : At reception no one speaking English, we had to wait for proper double rooms to get ready, though arriving after 14:00, TV and air-conditioning working on request, Wi-Fi was ok, but loosing from time to time.

  : The hotel was nice overall, it was calm and clean, amazing location, Metro Station was very close and it has three different metros going to different directions in Istanbul, tramway t1 was 10 minutes away, bayazid region was 20 minutes away walking.Sultan Ahmet, ayasofia also was very close and it was easy to go anywhere by metro, bus, or tramway. the staff was very kind and friendly especially the receptionist "Server" and the girl in the kitchen was very sweet.The breakfast was an open buffet, it was almost the same everyday but there was big variable choices and it was very delicious.The hotel doesn't provide daily room service, they don't clean the room everyday only if u ask for it. However it was fair in our booking description there was no room service mentioned so I won't say it's bad thing its just hotel policy. The price was right for the service offered so overall I give them good review.

  : the staff very rude, not English, lift, tv, bathroom ventilation far too noisy.check in supposed to be at one oclock I arrive at 12:30 manager told me to left my luggage at the reception (because I have to go somewhere urgently) I back at about 3pm room still not available they was not offered any alternative, Ill asked to look for other hotel but they didnt care, in resumen I was waiting until pass 9 at night to get the room, I didnt cancel because booking.com said not cancellation if it is whole money will charge.It was absolutely nightmare stay at that crap hotel, I wont recommend to a civilised people.
