  : I booked a double room with a balcony and sea views, but I think I got a budget room I asked for a new room but they said that everything is busy and that we will fix it the next day, but it was not so. Breakfast is very weak, boiled eggs, cheese, cheese, salami, olives every day. I was completely disappointed

  : Location was brilliant. Right in the centre of the old city. Close to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque. Noise levels were very good and was rather quiet.
  : The cleanliness of the room was atrocious. There were cockroaches everywhere, every night and bed bugs constantly. WIFI was constantly not working.

  : 1. They said room comes with a seaview but there was no view. 2. Air conditioning broke down the first night.3. Wifi wasn't working properly.4. They did not have towels5. Staff was very uncooperative, kept saying talk to the manager when there was no manager there.

  : Only the location was good, all the rest was awful
  : I booked sea view, but was given street view, checkin was delayed for 90 min, I asked for transportation from the airport to the hotel but nobody showed up. They promised transportation back to the airport as compensation but they ran away the day of checkout. The staff are not professional at all !!!!

  : Only the receptionist where trying to be helpful. Ferit was nice and helped me to find another hotel the next day. The receptionist only try to do their job but the owner is not providing - to make the hotel or circumstances actually legal to be a hotel.
  : THE ROOMS HAVE NO SAFE!!! Your belongings are absolutely not safe. (Both rooms had no safe). Not enough towels No toilet paper and the receptionist had to go to the market and buy for me (from his own money) Poor breakfast It is very loud, as it is right by the road where cars are driving. The floors in two of the bathrooms (in 2 separate rooms)where extremely slippery, as the two cleaners simply mopped the floor with like dishwasher / cleaning liquid or so without going over it with water. I slipped but I could hold on to the wall and was lucky. I told the receptionist.( I stayed in one room one night & got the original room that I booked the next day, but after seeing it - I knew straight away I cannot stay). In two bathrooms where NOTHING TO HANG YOUR TOWEL!! I had to hang my towel on the cupboard door. No cups in both of the rooms. Only cooker. The only room with the balcony does not look like on the photos and there was a construction outside the balcony, 3 men working and literary starring at me. I straight away closed the blinds and knew that I had to get out!! I was not warned about this, nor was I told 1 week before my arrival when I called that I will have a different room on my first night. The two cleaners were absolute not skilled or let me say even qualified for the job. They were sitting downstairs in the tiny reception/lobby area, had one bucket with cleaning product and just waiting to be called to clean the next empty room. Those two (man and woman) were even the ones making the breakfast. I HONESTLY WOULD NOT WANT TO EAT THAT BREAKFAST EVER AGAIN. AFTER COVID, EVERY HOTEL OWNER SHOULD CARE FOR HYGIENE AND CLEAN HOTEL. I saw the kitchen where the breakfast was prepared. It is a small unpleasant kitchen, where the breakfast dishes were washed by hand, I saw it as the door is open - those two cleaners were washing the dishes (who also made the breakfast). Every hotel needs a dishwasher for hygienic reasons!!!!!
