  : Wonderful, kind and helpful staff. We were accommodated as soon as we arrived. Everyone was nice and smiling. The room was spacious, clean and with great views, and the bathroom was superb and shining with cleanliness. Although the hotel is close to the main thoroughfare and train line, it was quiet and peaceful. In the preliminary correspondence we asked for a parking space as we were traveling with our private car and we were provided with even parking our car. The hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minutes from the most iconic historical sites of the city - Hagia Sophia Museum and Sultanahmet Square, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome and Yerebatan. Thank you for everything :)

  : I liked the location.
  : When I arrived, tired from the trip at cca 15:30, the room wasnt ready. I had to wait for about 40 minutes until it was ready. Of course, no one offered a refund or anything of the sort. When I asked about it, they said it wasnt possible. When I finally got the room, I found out that it looked nothing Like it did in the pictures. Wall lamps were crooked and broken (they didnt work obviously), there were dents in the wall, and the sheets were dirty with bloodlike stains. When I complained, they reluctantly changed the sheets after attempting to convince me that they were clean. Also, the receptionist (dark hair, glasses) was very rude. All in all, it was cheap, but if I had known all this beforehand, I would have paid double elsewhere.

  : The facilities (very bad breakfast, constant lack of toilet paper, really old towels with holes), very thin walls, room older and much smaller than in photos

  : The bed was very comfy and the room was clean some of the stuff was nice but the owner is not that friendly
  : TAKE CARE there are 2 buildings one is new with the new nice looking rooms, and the other one is old with the bad old rooms. They offered us (my girl friend and me) the old room the shower was broken and loose no shower gel or conditioner or lotion are provided, only shampoo the view of the rooms was a backyard full of garbage The door was not sound proof as mentioned the room is very basic, and doesn't meet the value of money spent compared to other places in Istanbul When I arrived at the room with my girl friend and tried to have a better room cuz all of the above, they offered us even worse room on the roof top of the new building and it was much smaller And the location of the hotel is in the old town, where everything closes early and you will always need a taxi to go anywhere else.
