  : Very good location, close to the main attractions and public transport as well in a nice little street. We had view to the sea from the room and from the breakfast, that I enjoyed very much. Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling. The air conditioning was very much appreciated.

  : The location is the best thing about the place. It's situated near all the major attractions around sultanahmet.Hagia Sofia and the blue mosque both 10 minute walk, and the tram station is close too.The view from the terrace is really good as well. It gives you a wonderful view of sea of Marmara.The staff (Hasan and Eyat) were very polite and made an effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible .Special mention to Hasan for upgrading me for free when I wasn't happy with the room I booked, appreciated!
  : The breakfast was poor, very limited and I don't think they put an effort to provide a good breakfast there. I would opt out of "breakfast included "when booking, total waste of money!The bathroom was tiny. Barely had space to wash my face and take a shower. The photo on this website is deceiving.I think the place has great potential, but it needs more attention from the owners.

  : The sea views from the third floor room were absolutely gorgeous and the balcony was lovely. The room was very similar to the pictures online, which was reassuring. Air con was fantastic. Great to have a little fridge too. Big plus that they offer a 24 hour reception and such a bonus that the staff spoke some English. It is clearly stated that there are no lifts, but this wasn't an issue at all as the staff were very kind in assisting me with my suitcase. The views from the rooftop breakfast area are also stunning and it was great that breakfast was included. It felt more like a residence than simply a room in an impersonal hotel chain. Its location is so good, so close to many, many restaurants and so many tourist attractions in Sultanahmet and yet not in the loudest and busiest part of town.
  : Not an issue but just noting that the bathroom is very compact and that there can be some traffic noise.
