  : we have appreciated: - the location of the hotel not far from all the sites to visit in Sultanahmet. - the kindness and welcome of all the staff - help for the airport transfers with a private pick up - the view from the terrace during the breakfast (with a little luck you can see dolphins) - the sea view from our room with balcony - the breakfast - the restaurant next to the hotel (Marbella terrace)

  : Location is great. It's at a 5 min walking distance from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Okayish breakfast.
  : Room floor wasn't clean across all 3 days. There was dirt and visible wooden particles on the floor. Towels were extremely worn out, brown and had holes in them. AC wasn't working properly - took 30 mins to start cooling. WiFi was extremely poor. I had to connect my hotspot to open simple websites. Washroom was extremely small and the washbasin was jutting out over the WC. Unfortunately, when I asked for a room change, the staff said that they were sold out. However, when I checked on Booking.com 10 mins later, they had rooms available. Further, they offered an upgrade to another guest couple of hours later. I refrained from creating an issue about these things after my request for room change was denied. Made no sense to mess with locals in a different country.

  : Breakfast on the top of the roof with amazing view to Marmara Sea charging your willing for the next exploring of that magnificent city! Great view to Bosporus Friendly staff !
  : Traffic make a noise - but this is part of the charm of the city. Sometime the area is crowdy from the tourists

  : The hotel is family owned and you feel very welcome every time you encounter one of the staffs. the location is very good and close to the main attractions such as the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. breakfast was surprisingly good as well with a very nice view over the sea
  : the bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable
