  : The room was reasonably spacious. The buffet breakfast was the best amont the five hotels we stayed on our trip.
  : When we arrived in Jerez, the weather was very warm. We were looking forward to a cool room but we were disappointed. The air-conditioning in the room was not giving out cool air. We asked that we be given a new room with functioning air-conditioner. To our disappointment, it was the same. The room did not cool down since we stayed on the first floor and we did dare to leave our window open with the fear of mosquitos. We were not able to have a good nights rest. I want to recommend this hotel only if you travel in winter time.

  : Great food with lots of variety. The reception was very helpful.
  : I booked a premium room hoping to get a good nights rest but was disappointed because the air-conditioner is not productions cool air. The room was very hot which made it so uncomfortable. We asked for another plus room but was told that none is available. They can give us a normal room but will not give us the refund. I agreed to it but was yet again disappointed to find that it was not the air conditioning that was not working but it was how it was set up. We left our window open at night which cools down the room past midnight. We filed a proper complaint to the hotel but just received a reply to say that they offered us another room but we did not take it. They also said that the system could not possibly give us both cold and hot air in one night but it was not what we asked for. I asked that the room provides cool air and not heat!!!!!
