  : All very good BUT our room was in the Annex and on two levels, the upper sitting area was accessed via a highly polished (Varnished) two part stairway which was very slippery and dangerous, not to be recommended for older guests and young children. Similarly, the bath/shower did not have a non-slip feature, again, very dangerous for all age groups.

  : Room was very comfortable although the electric went off and there is a phone in the room, there was no information how to phone reception and I had to phone the hotels main number.
  : The parking which was charged at 10 per day was difficult to find how to get the fist access as there was no sign to help you. The parking garage has very small spaces and the bays were too short for todays cars,, I should have parked in the outside area. The hotel lacks any atmosphere, the reception are is dismal and the bar area is a very poor space. The location of the hotel is too far away from the heart of the city. Taxis are needed and as the hotel is on a very busy road the taxis have no where to pull in to pick you up. I use a walking stick and had to risk walking across the road to get to the taxi.
