  : The location of this apartment is superb and the views over the Hudson are magnificent. Having a nail bar and pharmacy downstairs was a real bonus. Make sure you use the back door to locate both ! There are many good bars and restaurants in the nearby vicinity and a large shopping mall is a 20 minute walk away. The light rail is also at the foot of the apartments and accessed through the back door. Hoboken is a short journey away by this method of transport. Ferries and trains to the city are a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was well furnished and clean. It was easy to check in and out. The instructions are clear and communication was good. Reception area is spotless and the cleaner was even in on Christmas Day! The apartments felt secure at night as the lifts can only be activated by using a fob. We looked at the gym and pool area which would be a very welcome area of relaxation at a warmer time of year.
  : There were 3 of us in this apartment but there is no duvet or pillow for the third person, only sheets, pillowcases and a blanket. Not sure what the pillow case was to be used for? As the temperature for the first few days was -9, I had to borrow a third set of bedding from family. I noticed that this has been pointed out earlier in December. The bed settee was comfortable but not very clean. I cleaned it up with wet wipes and a vacuum cleaner.

  : It would be nice to have a welcoming kit as it is in other similar places. The kit includes tea bags, a coffee pouch, a bottle of water, a roll of paper towel in the kitchen, etc. It is not expensive and sends a message to your clients.

  : Not enough warm covering for pull down sofa bed. Very cold temperatures and one blanket totally insufficient. The reverse warm air unit did not provide enough warmth. I had to borrow blankets from my daughter who lives nearby.There should have been a duvet .RegardsCora Mansour

  : Location was great, couldn't have been more convenient. The building has some great facilities, though I didn't have a chance to check them out.
  : Several issues during the stay:1. Couldn't not check in, as key was not left with the concierge. Took over an hour to reach the property host. There is an answering service, but that's it. Had to ring Booking.com as well. Tired at the end of the long day, cooling my heels in the foyer for an hour hoping someone would ring back is not acceptable. The fact that the key wasn't left wouldn't be a problem in itself if the owner was reachable quickly. (I should note that the company did provide a small refund to make up for the inconvenience, which is nice, but would've rather had a timely call back).2. The property is meant to come with a roll of toilet paper and a box of tissues. Finally got into the property, late at night discovered no toilet paper was left (no tissues either). Rather a problem after the local stores have shut. Entirely unacceptable.3. The property wasn't cleaned well. The floor was mucky. Moved the bedside table to plug in the phone, there was a bit of rubbish behind the table, counter looked like it was wiped, but not washed, rugs had hair on them, sofa pillows looked like they could do with a clean, light fixtures dusty. All of this coupled with the fact that the key was missing on check-in because the cleaner forgot to leave it with the concierge, I'd suggest that the property might consider a different cleaner or giving this one a refresher course in cleaning.4. The property is L-shaped, with the bed in the 'foot' alcove. Even cranking out the AC to arctic, so my so that the living room is unbearable, the alcove with the bed was always too warm. There just isn't good air circulation.5. The property is lovely, but looks older than it is: the walls are scuffed, paint is peeling in the bathroom, etc. It would take a few little touch-ups to make the property look fresh. Suspect if the cleaners were looking after that and addressing it in real time bit by bit, it would look less tired.

  : Using the river taxi gets you to midtown or wall st in minutes. The view was amazing and the local shops top notch for pastry coffee and a convenience store with top notch food if you want to eat in. Late night diner is 2/3 blocks away. A couple of late night bars and a tube to grove street using the path line.

  : Location was good for travelling into NYC as only 5 mins walk from PATH station.
  : My room was right beside the trash room and the room smelt unpleasant whenever you walked in.
