  : - Located in the heart of downtown KC, which makes it very easy to get around.- Spacious: 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, generous kitchen and dining area. While the apartment indeed can sleep 4 - it is important to note that all seating areas are designed for 3 people, thus it will be quite uncomfortable for a party of 4.- Furnished with all one needs for a few days (and potentially even longer) stay, including the dishwasher, washer and dryer.
  : - The property description was not accurate: in my booking reservation, it had a "free public parking available on site", which turned out not to be true. It took me 3 calls to figure it out, and the property refused to make it right (I had to pay for parking). They did change the description after my 3 phone calls...- The owners are not responsive: they did not answer my message (I had to call next day to actually ask my questions), and they never followed up with me as they promised (I always had to call back myself next day to remind about my questions).- Back to the description - the property did not have any toiletries whatsoever (contrary to what's in the description). Okay, I can grab a shampoo and stuff at a CVS across the street, but I expect all of this to be provided from a place that costs almost $100 per night (and offers it in the description).- The bathroom was not as clean as I'd expect (there was hair in the bath tub before I even had a chance to get in there).- One of the days we had issues with hot water while trying to take a shower in the morning. While probably out of control of the owner, I figured it would be nice to mention as it may be useful to know for the future guests.
