  : Squash bugs were present in all of our rooms multiple times throughout our 48 hr stay. The floors were dirty and the bed was worse than most college mattresses. Also no shower shampoo or conditioner.

  : Front desk staff was friendly.
  : I will 2 pages to describe the reasons why I checked in and out within 5 minutes. The building and grounds themselves weren’t bad, but the clientele was the reason I asked for a refund. Groups of people hanging around all areas of the parking lot, some arguing loudly with each other. As I was checking in, people were coming in and out that looks less than savory. I paid $113, but was feeling uncomfortable, but went to my car to retrieve my luggage & decided I would look at the room & determine if I was going to stay or not. As I was coming into the lobby again with my suitcase, a woman was yelling & cussing at the front desk staff about money. When she was finished, I asked for a refund. I never even made it to the room.I travel frequently & I’ve stayed in various levels of hotels. I e never felt unsafe and I’ve never asked for my money back before even lotta the room!!

  : Rooms weren’t ready at check in. Saw men openly carrying firearms that scared my son. A woman overdosed at the hotel screaming and banging on doors over night, the place smelled like weed and cigarettes, the room was filthy, no shower curtain, no soap, no toilet paper. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had
