  : The spacious room was very comfortable.
  : —Grounds were weak. I was looking for a manicured area—park-like setting. —The appliances were worn. I think there was a leak in the refrigerator and the washer was terrible. It made clanking noises.

  : The location was great! Very clean and well maintained condo. The smart TV in the kitchen/living room area was a nice surprise. Loved that there was a cooler, umbrella, and water toys for use. I would definitely stay here again. The floor AC units were a life saver!
  : The floor fan didn't work, and the ceiling fan in the main bedroom was a little wonky. The light turned off/on randomly, a couple minutes after pressing the remote.

  : Location was great with shopping within a block. (coffee, groceries, fast food, bakery, gift shops) Downtown Kapaa is about a mile away. Good views of sunrise as you are on the water. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Nice that dish soaps, shampoos, coffee, laundry soaps are provided. Loved that there was an ice chest, beach bag, mats, boogie boards, beach chairs, water bottles, fins, and goggles available to use. Ceiling fans helped cool the apartment and there were floor fans but we did not need them. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a dedicated parking space.
  : No beach to walk. The complex can be a little noisy early if people move chairs and walk heavy, light sleepers might want ear plugs. It really depends on the courtesy of the people staying there.
