When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Established restaurant pricing will apply for additional children. This special benefit is only available to guests at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort.

The breakfast rate is available for 2 guests ONLY. Breakfast is not available for all rates and is only for guests who book the breakfast included rate. Even though rooms have a maximum capacity of 4 guests, the breakfast rate is only redeemable for 2 guests.

The daily destination fee of 32 USD per night, plus tax will be added to your guest folio. Our expanded amenities & service package provides you with access to an array of deluxe comforts and includes:

- Two Signature Cocktails from Makai Lounge. (Offered from 11:00 am – 11:00 pm daily at Makai Lounge to guests 21 years & older)
- One Complimentary Session of Yoga or Outdoor Strength & Core Training for up to 2 guest (Present Destination Fee Card for your complimentary yoga or fitness class, for up to 2 people per stay. Card must be presented for “punch” at time of service, see our Activity Calendar for details.)

- Complimentary Daily Rental of Beach Chairs, Sun Umbrellas & Coolers (based upon availability)
