  : - The room is nice and very bright. - Pools and saunas are very clean and well maintained.
  : - The price for small child is too expensive. (Children age 2 years are considered as adult). By the way, the hotel provided bathrobe and white slipper for kid. - Breakfast for our first day was too few foods, but the second day was much better.However, breakfast was still under expectation.

  : We reserved the room one day before our arriving to Karlovy Vary.The check-in process was fast with no many words or explantion between us and the reception.When entering the elevator to our room we saw a sign in Russian, Czech (and not in English) that declare there is a hot water problem.When talking with reception she told us it will be fix in one hour.Unfortunantly it was not fix till the next day in the afternoon.We noticed that the hotel is not welcoming english speakers. All the signs are in Czeck, Russian or German language. Moreover the people in the reception don't know English, and we had to open Google translate in order to communicate.The hotel is clean and seems that have been renewed recently.However there are some inconvience problems:- The area of the swimming pool is in different floor of the saunas- 2 of 4 sauna didn't not work (there was no message in their site before booking)- the jaccuzi in the sauna area didn't work- there were no towals or robe near the swimming area in order to get dry when passing between the areas in the hotel- no robe in the room as expect for a spa hotel- we didn't understand how to turn on the jacuzzi in the swimming pool area, there was no sign in English or someone to ask.The breakfast was tiny and ok. It was nice if there were some fruitsBecause of the hot water problen we expected to have any refunds or any other solution, however nothing was suggested from the side of the hotel.When we asked for a late checkout at first they asked for more money but after some arguments they allow us to stay for free for some more hours.I think that sleeping in a spa hotel without hot water in the hotel should be declare when booking or give a compensation by the hotel itself.For conclustion, the hotel is nice, have a lot of facilities.   : Gorgeous facilities; comfortable and large room with great balcony, large walk-in shower, beautiful pool, several sauna options. Super kind staff at breakfast and good variety at breakfast too.
  : We were hoping to get a massage, use the thermal baths, etc, but it was very difficult to book treatments at the medical spa. We asked several different staff our first day and couldn't find anyone to book with. The next day we tried again and found a staff person. We greeted her and started to ask a question and she immediately walked away. So, no treatments. We recognize that lots of places are currently understaffed, but if this is the case, a smoother booking process would go a long way.

  : Clean, great location, good breakfast, comfy and soft linens and bed and most of the facilities were working.
  : We arrived on time however the air conditioning wasnt working in our room. It took a few staff members to finally provide another room for us about an hour and a half later. If we hadnt avast we wouldve had to stay in our room. thankfully the hotel had another room available and the staff, although hesitant, was able to provide another room.Some of the facilities were not working. Two dry saunas out of four were not working and the wellness area was under construction.

  : A very disappointing stay and not at all what we expected for the amount paid. The staff were very rude and unhelpful, the manager nowhere to be found and no information or help available anywhere. The spa is inaccessible and an appointment impossible unless you speak Czech - upon arrival at the spa hotel, we were told that there was no one available to book treatments with and no one works past 3.30pm on a Friday even though the website says open until 5pm. We were told, rudely, we had to go to the spa at 9am the next morning to book something. 9am the next day, we go down to the spa and wait for 30 minutes are taken into a small office and huffily asked what we want. We want a massage but all thats left is two 30 minute slots we have the massages which last only 20 minutes. Czech radio is blasting throughout the whole thing. There are so many facilities at the spa but no one can explain them or offer access to them - it didn't make any sense. A number of machines in the gym were broken. The breakfast isnt even close to what is described or shown on the website few options. The buffet dinner also leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are not made up on a daily basis only the bins are changed. We called down and asked that someone come and tidy the room but were told that only happens every 3 days we were only staying 3 days. No facilities in the room - not even a coffee machine. This is not a 4* service this was not a cheap hotel/ None of the staff were interested in helping us the lady on reception, Michaela, even laughed in our faces, when we tried to speak with her.
