  : nothing good beside the spa.
  : Would recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel and unpleasant staff! we have book a room with bathtub and they didnt care and the staff only laugh when I told them we have paid for bathtub. Parking was small and not good. like sleeping on rocks with the beds. I can only say I have never been treated so bad by staff, just because they didnt want to give us a bathtub as we pay for. cant even get some compensation! Only few staff speak English!

  : The hotel was spotless and had large king size beds available. it also had covered parking and options for larger families which is what was needed. we also liked the idea of the spa options. I also loved that they had Czech wines available on the property. We went to a few places that had no Czech wine available at all.
  : The staff was rude and unhelpful for the most part. They make you feel like a burden verses being helpful. For example, we asked where to go to the parking garage and was told go to the fifth floor. No, you need to go to the second floor and cross over then go to the fifth floor and then down. Asking about the beauty salon just to be told it is closed. Also, while scheduling the booking we are told we could do 2 people together for massages and when I say I want my two children at the same time and my husband and I at the same time they couldnt do that. So they made a schedule of our massages with gaps in time so that we could not go out and sight see anything at all. They also scheduled the wine bath after a different massage where you cant get wet for 7 hours after. then who wants to go get a bath and leave for an hour then get a massage? it is just terrible planning of a place. We ended up cancelling our friends appointments all together because we wanted to see more than just the inside of the hotel. There was an amazing hotel embassy that we ended up eating at. The food was superb and much better than in our hotel. The hotel embassy had a rude person too. We asked if we could park out front to go eat and the restaurant said yes, as we parked someone from in the hotel said it was only for people staying there. We said we had already asked to park there to eat there and were told yes. She then said ok for one hour only .

  : The breakfast was what I expected. On Saturday, there was someone freshly preparing eggs and pancakes which was nice. They did not have room service but I was able to order food and then carry it to my room.
  : Unfortunately, the bed was like sleeping on a thin blanket over plywood, very very hard. Also, the pool could have been heated more. When you're in a town with thermal springs, you would expect that. The hot tub said it was set on a timer: 20 min. off 10 min. on - I stayed in it for 35 min. and it never came on.

  : Parking garage is small and maneuvering of the car is not very easy.

  : Employees were helpful. Everywhere was clean. The spa area was enjoyable. We were pleased with the massage service. You can reach everywhere by walking. I would come again.
  : Breakfast could have been better. There is no kettle in the rooms. You have to walk 15 minutes for parking.

  : Badly designed layout of the pool area, making it uninviting. Being on the top floor, no skyline or side windows open up for fresh air. The pool terrace with beautiful views but cannot get there unless walking through the pool area itself through the changing rooms, no foot ware. the hotel building is squashed within other buildings, and windows/ balconies are overlooked from all sides, also making the lobby bar and the lobby terrace dark and gloomy.
