  : Communication. I have been texted property access codes, and the owner arrived at expected time, with a terminal to charge my CC, and I was immediately sent an invoice to e-mail. Heating was inoperable during arrival, however I spoked to the owner, and the next day it was warm and nice inside. You can choose from a selection of breakfast, and it will be delivered at your doorstep in the morning. It's close to everywhere from here.
  : Trash can hasn't been emptied after last guests on arrival. It's much faster to use your mobile internet, than the provided wireless one. The room is located just above a tram rails, so for some people this could be disturbing.

  : The location is exactly in the city center. The flat was clean. There was an elevator to the third floor. Good value for the money. For few days stay fine.
  : The trams were driving just down in the street so the flat was quite noisy especially during nights. WiFi was very slow sometimes not working.

  : - Dirty smelly bed linen, which is really disgusting (!!!)- Absence of amenities in the so-called kitchen (like napkins) and in the bathroom (hand soap soap)

  : Central location, easy access to public transport
  : The kitchen had a stove, no microwave. The area is very noisy right through the night, we were not able to sleep. Not sure if it is always the case though.
