  : There is a tram running next to the hotel, which did not allow me to get much sleep, because walks all night and often (from 6 am every 2-3 minutes!), the sound is so loud that even earplugs did not help... The hotel may be good, but it does not fulfill its main function - it does not allow the guests to rest!

  : I did not like. The balcony did not close completely and you could hear everything on the street. The shower head was broken. The upstairs neighbors made noise until 2 am and we couldn't sleep. We filed a complaint with the reception desk. The owls went up to the neighbors, but the neighbors above stopped making noise. We were told that we would not wake them up. It's a pity. I had to immediately go and complain, but I hoped that the neighbors would have a conscience. Conscience appeared at 2 am. Further. The authorities were not warned that exits from the hotel courtyard would be blocked. We couldn't leave for about an hour. Two exits were closed to cars.

  : Staff was very polite and breakfast was tasty
  : Beds aren't very comfy, way too soft. Balcony window was impossible to close properly, so noise from outside was easily heard.

  : It was on our way to Warsaw, a convenient location. Breakfast was also ok. Very soft bad (some don't like it but I did, very comfy)
  : Zero soundproof. We arrived late at night and really wanted to take a rest and a lady in reception provided us with a room on the ground floor right near the reception and we heard everything happening in the hall. Earplugs saved our sleep a bit but anyway. We didn't have a proper rest there. And also the hotel is super old. The window frame in our room was broken and couldn't close it fully so thank God it was not too cold outside in winter that room would be freezing.
