  : The location
: First of all: No will to privide help or answers by the property. They sent me instructions in Polish, when I asked for them in English, Spanish, French or Italian, as I don't soeak Polish, they wouldn't answer. Then they told me to us a translator. When I told them I needed to ask another question, and after asking for it a few times, they were really not polite. On the other hand, the rooms had many faults. When I asked for them to be solved, they said I was telling lies and that they would check it all with theit cameras ( whatever that might mean) So: the problems were : no support at allSmelly room( smell of tobacco)Old, thin, small, almost transparent bath towels and no hand towels at all. Old, stained even thorn cover sheetsNo proper lower sheets, just a mattress protectorDirt in the bathroom One outer window had a long crack, which I told for them to mend for a future... and lead to them calling me a liar.I think they don't really know how to run a service for tourism which always need mainteinance and the aim to help your guest clients.
