: The guesthouse is well located for early departures from or late arrivals into Iceland. A couple of restaurants in the neighbourhood.
: The absence of any staff was noticeable. This guesthouse was a bit pricey for what it offers.

Disappointing

: We received clear instructions for self check-in and our upfront. If you need to catch a late or early flight this is a great location. The room was spacious but the beds were not that great, they were very bouncy. The duvets and pillow however were very soft. The shared bathroom was clean!
: Because this is a guesthouse located next to the airport, there are guests coming in and out at every hour. We were unfortunate enough to be in room 101 directly next to the reception and the entrance. We did not sleep a wink, it was very loud. People park their cars next to your window and offload their luggage, talk loudly and slam their cardoors. We also heard people walking in the room (or lounge?) above as all night. The rooms were also very hot, but when opening the tiny window we once again had issues with the noise. We turned off the heating but in the hallways it was still incredibly hot. We did not see a single person of the staff (it was self check-in). If we did see someone we might have asked for a quieter room and we mightve been able to give a better review.

: Room was comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean and large. Location was easy to find and close to the airport. We loved the free coffee and hot chocolate.
: Kitchen wasnt the best but we made do.
