  : The property had everything we needed and was in a good location. It was clean and the towels smelt nice
  : The property had a bad smell of dogs that we could not get rid of especially on the sofas. booking .com states check out at 10 but on arrival the The notice left was checkout at 9 we appreciate Covid but still thought this was too early

  : The cottage was pleasant and very clean. Tastefully done. Easy access both to Fitz Park and the town centre. The twin room, I was told, was very comfortable for either one adult or two children. The bathroom was very nice and shower had plenty of pressure.
  : The double bed is in desperate need of a new mattress!! The springs in the mattress were sagging and it had a ridge right down the middle of the bed, showing its age! The 9am kick out also spoilt the weekend considerably, having to be up and out before 9am aswel as doing half of the cleaners job took the shine off a very pleasant stay

  : Very good location with on street parking. Good facilities provided to meet all of our daily needs.
  : Overpowering smell of cleaning fluid/ disinfectant which lingered most of the week.

  : Great location. Loved the log burning stove. Parking busy but always found a space within 50meters. Close to Keswick centre. Lots of lovely pubs/restaurants within walking distance.
  : Check out time of 9am is very early for a family of 4 to get showered have breakfast and packed up. No option for a later check out. 10 or 11am would be more comfortable.

  : Location was excellent. Parking was available outside throughout the stay Great enclosed yard for dogs and excellent outbuilding for bike storage
  : The stairs were extremely creaky. The hairdryer was dangerous and the bath very very slow to drain whilst showering

  : Great location for walking into and around keswick
  : We were asked to check out by 9am on the day of departure which seemed to be very early especially considering the inflated prices that we had to pay. It was disappointing that we were asked to strip all the beds and collect all the laundry up before we left too. The excuse for all of this was covid related but the kitchen had not been cleaned to a very high standard when we arrived. We had to rehash the crockery and the sink wasn't particularly clean. We were also only given one toilet roll which seemed a bit tight considering how much money we had paid.
