  : The location was perfect, apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable too. Staff made courtesy call to make sure we were settled in ok. I thought that was a nice touch.

  : Very central location, extremely clean and well furnished. Welcome pack of tea/coffee much appreciated after a long drive. Handsoap, towels and teatowels provided. Great facilities in good working order.
  : There was a performer on in the evening at the pub next door and the sound could be clearly heard through the closed windows. Did not bother us too much though (actually quite enjoyed the songs!) but it might be irksome for some. A map rather than written directions would have been helpful

  : The location was great close to all shops, bus stops, lake, parks all within 10 minute walk.
  : Toilet seat was broken, towels were old and rough, shower curtain was mouldy, plug in sink was useless, mattresses all stained urine smell on main bedroom mattress, pillows and bedding all stained, no iron provided, workers from pub next door smoking and eating on steps leading to front door.

  : the property was spacious enough for us three (2 adults and a toddler). There was lots of natural light and everything was clean. the facilities all worked well. the location was brilliant for popping out and being in the main area and only 5/10 min walk to anything really.
  : well, I dont normally complain but on this occasion there were a good few things that would stop me coming back. 1 the bed, I have say this stopped me from sleeping much as it was hard and much thinner than what Id prefer, however my husband was fine, then again he can sleep anywhere! 2 the towels were like drying yourself with sandpaper, Im all for air drying and saving money not using the dryer but for your guests Id say push the boat out, especially for the price !! 3 the location is good but the fact as soon as you step out the door youre in a back alley surrounded by restaurants bins and half the staff and smoking out there its not ideal for the family accommodation it says it is. and I guess finally 4 which may be picky but the check in and check out times are absolutely ridiculous!! 4pm to check in and 9am to check out !!! and theres no wiggle room? thats absolutely stupid times and means you only get a short window to get out the morning you leave and then if you dont have a car you have to lug your luggage around with you or just waist the day and go home immediately!
