  : Very central location, perfect for accessing the town and lake in Keswick. Having a parking space was also a bonus and the property was comfortable and clean. Big enough for a family of four for the weekend. Would stay again if visiting Keswick in the future.
  : The only improvement would be the shower - it was difficult to get the temperature right but that is a minor point and all the other positives make up for it!

  : The room was clean and had everything that you could need. It's a lovely little apartment, lovely homely and cosy feel, but with plenty of space too. It is great value for money. The location of this place was fantastic, right in the town of Keswick, but that did mean it could be a little noisy late on an evening, but that didn't bother us. The parking spot (although a little tight for bigger cars) was very convenient and saved us having to worry about parking fees during our stay, or have any issues getting parked which was great for us as it can be really difficult to get parked in Keswick at times. We did notify staff of our issues with the dining chair upon check out for which they apologised, and also the few other issues we had during our stay were very quickly rectified - broken toilet seat on arrival and the bedroom drawers tipping forwards with weight in them when opened due to not being fixed to the wall.
  : The dining room table chairs are not very good - my husband sat on one and it collapsed beneath him, causing him to hit his head on the windowsill behind him. We didn't use the dining chairs following this as on closer inspection, they were all very 'wobbly' and didn't feel very solid or stable. The beds initially were comfortable but any more than one or two nights and they were no good for us as they're not firm enough. We asked for an additional pillow but unfortunately this was not something that was available - they provide two per person but we found that they are very soft. We are all used to using firm pillows so with hindsight probably should have taken our own with us however people have very differing opinions on bed comfort so others may find them comfortable! Caution - be careful with the rugs in the bedroom - they're lethal especially during the night and very slippery on the wooden floors! We tucked them under the beds to avoid any accidents after discovering how slippery they were.

  : The location was ideal - it was an absolutely delightful walk through the square to the Keswick Convention site, where we enjoyed a beautiful community of people.
  : There were cooked fished fingers that had been left in the oven. Thankfully we found them on our first evening there! Otherwise the flat was clean.

  : A great place to stay! A lovely clean and well equipped apartment with extra touches. Nicely decorated and a good size. Great location in the heart of Keswick. Good shopping area with lots of choices for places to eat. Short walks to Hope Park, Derwent Water and the river etc. It was great to have a designated parking space and we really appreciated how close the car was to our accommodation. It is important to note that you needed to lift the bollard up or down each time you moved the car. Taking the padlock on and off would have been more difficult for some people with mobility issues, as it was close to the ground.
  : The bed was advertised as King sized, but it was smaller. That unfortunately affected our sleeping. I would have considered staying again if it wasnt for the bed. As the bedroom is a good size, it could possibly work by having two single beds that also convert to a super king in this room?
