  : The bed was comfortable but my most favorite thing was LEAVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
  : Under Construction and only one operating elevator for the entire hotel. The hour long wait to check in (and I was the next to be seen, but the management allowed people to randomly come up and interupt the check-in proess, all the while thanking us for our patience) then waiting for a parking space, only to go to our room and open the door to find a half Naked lady already occupying our room. So we went downstairs and they changed our room. Then at checkout they would not print me a receipt. They told me it was emailed to me. So when I checked my emails after arriving back home I noticed they charged us for having two rooms and charged us the Bar receipts from the previous occupied room, plus all the taxes and gratuities for two rooms. When I called the manager to have it corrected, I was treated like a criminal, like I was trying to scam them out of money. They ended up finally returning $200, but very rude Management. I will be talking to Marriott about their behavior. If I was Booking.com, I would seriously consider removing them from your available hotels list.

  : Renovations so very uncomfortable. Staff very unfriendly and did the least to help customers.

  : Too much construction and nothing done by the hotel to make up for all the hammering and noise during our stay
  : Could not use pool our first day and they put us on a list for another hotel’s pool the 2nd day but had to walk there and it wasn’t convenient at all. The air condition wasn’t working in the hallways so it was hot too. The construction was noisy and could not relax’
