  : The apartment unit is relatively spacious. Location is good as it is right next to the ski lifts
  : NO WIFI/Internet access - I’ve been told that this is the only unit in the complex that doesn’t have wifi and was advertised as such. I feel like being misled because this was in the fine print (I think if it is being advertised as such, they should have at least mention it in the property description).Heater: It feels cold most of the time as it has an old heater and it takes 1.5 days to heat up the unit even if you dial the thermostat to 80FPower Outlets/Lighting: Ceiling lights in one bedroom burned out; same for some of the table lamps; Not all power outlets work; someone should fix the electrical wiringManagement Company: Local manager tried to help with transferring us to another unit, but the transfer was mishandled by the corporate office due to poor communications

  : Very simple and clean.
  : We were here during a heat wave in July and since there’s no air conditioning, the indoor temperature didn’t get comfortable until it started to cool down at night. We opened all the windows and turned on the fans.

  : Pico mountain was nice and even without curtains in the bedroom, it was a nice view to wake up to. The beds were comfortable to sleep in too. It was a good jump off point for exploring Vermont.
  : There were no curtains/blinds in the master bedroom and big holes in the screen of the sliding glass door which let in many flies. It was tough to cool off the place with the remaining windows. Also the sliding glass door did not lock but there was a stick to keep it secured. The many maintenance crew around the property were understandable why they were there being it summertime, but a maintenance guy unlocked the door and walked in through the front entrance and apologized saying he didn't realize the room was booked. And for a smoke free facility, it was not and it drifted into our room and we had to ask the people below to move it to the front of the building.
