  : Clean and comfortable.
  : I had to negotiate two stairwells to get to the lower level. When I asked if handicap access was available -- "no" was the answer. Looking back at the description of a "Lodge" in a ski town should have been a flashing red light to recall the type of accommodations I used in my twenties going for a ski weekend!! Directions to the room were "downstairs" and as he watched me struggle to carry a suitcase, CPAP, and a tote down the first half flight, it was obvious that a 79 year old should not have been put in that room. No offer made to provide me with a room on the main floor!! No one on lower level besides me but people upstairs as I heard them multiple times above me and indicating that there WERE rooms on the main level. Price was high for an "off season" lodging booked. I would have been better off checking out any of the 6-8 "motor lodges" on my way back to CT and winging it that they had a vacancy on ground level. Clerk was unprofessional, of no help and quite oblivious to the needs of an elderly female. I'm not feeble and travel alone often but stairs are a challenge due to arthritic knees. I don't care for the "walk in" showers in handicap rooms because they always end up with water on BR floor so I don't usually book one unless the last one available. But other desk clerks have always found me a room that didn't require stairs, even the "motor lodges". The outlet next to bed allowed ONLY ONE plug meaning I either had a bedside lamp or could use my CPAP.

  : Friendly staff! Huge space to relax, play games, pool table, hot tub, fireplaces, very nice space indoors and outdoors, good Irish bar downstairs with excellent food. Clean bathrooms, sheets. Continental breakfast is limited, but the Greek yogurt & berries were the highlight there. Overall, very nice place to stay for a couple days.
  : The hot tub indoors makes the really nice indoor space smell like chlorine. The smell of the wood burning fireplace gets negated by the hot tub. Shower was clean but small. Cable tv in the room didn't work. None of these are deal breakers though. We still enjoyed our stay and will likely return if there's a good price.

  : Clean.. convenient parking hot tub
  : When we booked it said only king available and the rest was sold out , well the whole weekend we were there The place was empty there was only 5 other couples..The small king room with nothing but a very LOUD portable ac and TV not even a clock or fridge .. bathroom smelt like a wet dog constantly had to spray Lysol.paid for mountain view and saw nothing but two big trees( pic attached) we ordered Nachos from the pub ..awful stale and no cheese just a few black beans and corn discusting had the hummus we all got stomach aches..the second day we ate at the foundry down the hill wow!! Great food atmosphere..mad hatter ice cream yum ..would stay again but in a different room
