  : The location was very convenient and the house was decorated beautifully.
  : The floors were filthy, leaving our feet very black, the smoke alarm battery had to be changed because the first night it beeped every 30 seconds making it impossible to have a good nights sleep, one of the towels that were left for us, was filthy with someone else’s makeup. When they came to change the battery, we were not there and we came back to all lights on after we turned them off before we left. Even the master bedroom light was on and I’m not sure why they went in there when it was only one smoke alarm that needed changing. We left to buy groceries and the gate gave us a hard time and couldn’t find my name on the reservation even though they had let us in completing the night before. We were stuck outside the gate for almost an hour because getting in touch with someone was very difficult.

  : There was cockroaches in this unit, and we let them know the very moment we walk in. 2 days later we were still talking about it and didn’t take care of the issue because we had to be there. We are on a vacation there is no way I was going to sit there and wait an entire day for a contract to take care of the problem and even after waiting for the contractor for 6 hours and the second day we end up leaving the property.
