  : The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for our group of 11 people.
  : One of the main reasons we chose this location was because of the pool. Being that we were traveling with 7 children this was very important to us. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived at the property to find the pool green and unusable. The property manager sent someone to check on the pool however it stayed green during our entire stay. On top of the pool being unusable, it was also not safe! The pool child safety gate was broken in 2 different sections. In 1 section, the hook to latch the gate securely to the wall was bent and didn’t lock and, in another section, the bottom pole was broken so that gate was able to be swung open. Again, another huge issue being that we were traveling with young children! Third issue, the back sliding door did not lock. So can you imagine a broken pool gate in addition to an unlocked sliding door with access to the pool! My husband had to waste time out of our day to fix the lock so that we could sleep peacefully knowing the children couldn't get out to the pool.Additionally, the property was not clean at all. There were crumbs in the dining room chairs and the vent for the AC looks like it had not been cleaned in a very long time and did not even have a filter. There were fixtures hanging off of the wall and there was mold behind the peeling wallpaper in the minion room. Take a look at my pictures, they speak a thousand words. The property owner and Booking.com did nothing to make this right and only offered apologies. With the number of properties in Orlando, I would HIGHLY recommend staying somewhere else!

  : Very spacious house with large kitchen, dining room for 8 and two tv rooms. The master bedroom mattress is very comfortable as is the sheets.
  : We specifically booked this house for the pool and it was a total let down. It rained before we arrived so, I thought the debris in the pool was from the storm. Later that evening we went swimming and it turns out the debris is human hair and it is all throughout the water. Still present even after two cleanings. We pulled some out but it was too much and we gave up. I brought this up to the owner (or manager) and a pool cleaner was sent out the next morning. He did not clean the pool and the pump was not working on the hot tub. He didn’t fix that either. The entire pool area was in a total disarray with cigarette butts, beer bottle tops and garbage. The cigarette butts smelled horrible as the rain and pool water got them wet. The grill was not cleaned. I chose not to use it due to the amount of crud buildup. The images online of the entire back area of the house do not reflect what we received at all. The chaise are broken and all-in-all a total let down with respect of the back yard/pool area. A family member went to the store to buy cleaning supplies as two toilets were well used and not clean. Dried urine drops under the seat and one had a “skid mark“ right down the center of the bowl. And this while the paper band stating “this was sanitary” I brought this up to whomever I was texting and not once did they offer anything other than “sorry”. For the price, I expect a clean product or service. Every shower in the house has pupil hair basically showing us nothing was cleaned. No vacuum lines in the carpet. i doubt anything was actually cleaned except for the kitchen and the dishes. This is all very sad to admit as it really is a nice house.
