  : After not being able to find the property because there is another address exactly the same however it’s in winter garden but the address to this place doesn’t not populate on maps for iPhone... After hours of driving we found the house with no response from property... We arrived and The WiFi and cable DID NOT WORK and the reception was horrible.. I stayed 3 nights and did get a respite service from the property until the LAST night.. The property them brought this wireless hotspot that also didn’t work.... I book this property for the son 12th birthday sleep over and all the boys wanted to do was play their video game and they COULDN’T the entire time... The last night my mom took all the boys to her house so that they could enjoy at least a night of gaming.... I had video and pictures to PROVE the WiFi and cable didn’t work and this property REFUSED to refund any of my money... I spent more of the time on the phone for hours with booking.com who was very concerned and pleasant however the property staff are scammers and nasty people.... After my HORRIBLE stay I went to the property website only to read hundreds of reviews that state the same thing (NO WIFI & CABLE & COULDN’T REACH THE PROPERTY STAFF)!!!! I never imagined staying without WiFi & Cable would be so miserable BUT guess what it was... I would recommend this place to my worst enemy..... When you are wrong you are suppose to do whatever you can to make this right... BUT BEING NASTY AND ROBBING OTHERS BY LIEING WILL GET YOU NO WHERE!!! PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT STAY HERE...

  : The property was exactly as the pics depicted. The home was VERY SPACIOUS and well decorated. Overall a great rental property.
  : We had neighbors that killed the entire vibe of the property. In addition, our refrigerator kept powering off and causing water puddles.

  : Overall great place! Nice, large rooms, great house! Great value, nice community. Yes lots of construction but didn’t bother us.
  : A little lost at beginning, but found our way. Check in was delayed by a couple hours. Garbage pickup came day before checkout (4days after check in) not everyday or every other day.

  : The pool was lil smaller than I expected but far as that everything went well just little situation.Our power was cut off for 2 hrs. Because the owner didn’t pay his utilities. Also there was a baby roach on the dresser upstairs in one of the bedrooms an down stairs one of the rooms smell like urine. Durning our stay strangers enter in while we was in bed they had the code to come in stated that they was booked at same location where we was good thing we had a family stop them at the door.
